Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly in the app:

Open the Lucid app and go to Profile

Tap Data & Privacy

Tap Delete Account and confirm

30-day grace period: Your account will be soft-deleted immediately, but you have 30 days to cancel the deletion if you change your mind
You can also request deletion by emailing us at contact@mozentstudios.com
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your account information: Email, username, profile data
- All your dreams: Dream entries and interpretations
- Chat conversations: All AI chat history
- Subscription data: Subscription status and history
- App preferences: Settings and preferences
What Gets Kept
The following data may be retained for legal/compliance purposes:
- Financial records: Subscription and payment records (required by law, typically 7 years)
- Anonymized analytics: Aggregated usage data (no personal identifiers)
Data Retention Period
- Immediate deletion: Your account and personal data are anonymized immediately upon deletion request
- Permanent deletion: After the 30-day grace period, all data is permanently deleted from our systems
- Financial records: Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law, then permanently deleted
